Leanne Allen has owned her own media outlets since 2000 (Off-Centre Magazine, CVVmagazine.com). She has written, directed and produced in every genre: print, radio, tv, and online. She sold her print magazine to one of the largest media companies in North America. She produced one of CBC's first cross-platform pilots, bridging radio and online. She has produced over 200 online short videos. Her online magazine has won West Coast Media Awards and a Canadian Webblog Award. Her photography has won awards from Kodak and the Canadian Tourism Commission. With DwTO, she wrote, directed and produced the webisodes and is the stills photographer.
